How to Get Golden (Skin Collection)
Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator perks are obtained from the Golden Crate, which costs 50,000 Coins and awards a random Golden Perk you do not already own. Alternatively, individual Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator skins appear in the Daily Store at varying prices from 50,000 to 75,000 Coins.
The Golden Crate is more cost-effective if you want multiple perks, since each crate guarantees a new perk. If you want a specific Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator skin, watch the Daily Store rotation. Note that Golden Crate purchases are geo-restricted in the Netherlands, Australia, and Belgium, and require age verification for players in the UK and Brazil.
Is Golden (Skin Collection) Worth It?
Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator perks vary significantly in competitive value. The Golden Minigunner is widely considered the most powerful, reaching 200 max DPS with no placement limit and earning an S-tier rating across all game modes. The Golden Crook Boss, also S tier in Fallen and Hardcore, provides a massive 40% damage buff through golden minions.
Mid-tier Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator skins include Golden Cowboy (A tier, enhanced income and damage) and Golden Scout (A tier, best early-game DPS per cost at 6.90 DPS per $1K but falls off late game). Golden Soldier sits at B tier with burst increase bonuses at Levels 3 and 4.
At the lower end, Golden Pyromancer is rated C tier at 2.48 DPS per $1K, power-crept by other Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator variants. If you can only afford one Golden Crate, hope for Golden Minigunner or Golden Crook Boss.
Best Loadouts With Golden (Skin Collection)
The Golden Minigunner slots directly into any loadout that uses the standard Minigunner, providing 200 DPS instead of 160 at max level. A top-tier Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator loadout includes Golden Minigunner, Farm, Commander, Accelerator, and DJ Booth.
Golden Cowboy replaces the standard Cowboy with enhanced economy and damage, ideal for hybrid loadouts. Golden Crook Boss excels in team play for Fallen and Hardcore modes, where the Golden Towers Tower Defense Simulator damage buff from golden minions provides significant lane control.
