Pyromancer is a Store tower costing 1,250 Coins that sprays a piercing cone of fire, dealing direct Normal damage to everything it hits while also applying a Burn effect that deals additional damage over time. It hits multiple enemies per attack (3 at base level, up to 10 at max level) and melts enemy Defense by a percentage, making it effective against grouped, defense-buffed enemies. It detects Lead enemies from Level 0 and Hidden enemies from Level 1, but never detects Flying enemies at any level.

Level Upgrade Cost Damage Cooldown Range DPS

4 3777 5 0.175 12.5
5 11111 9 0.175 14

Note: dps set to null: dual damage mechanism (Normal + Burn). Burn Damage 25/tick, Burn Time 10s, Defense Melt 10%, Max Hits 10, Hitbox 2.5. Per wiki formula (single target), Normal DPS 51.43 + Burn DPS 25 = ~76.43; Max DPS scales further with Max Hits for multiple enemies hit at once.

How to Get Pyromancer

Purchase Pyromancer directly from the in-game Store for 1,250 Coins; there is no level requirement.

No placement limit is listed on the tower's wiki infobox, so multiple Pyromancers can be placed if budget allows.

Is Pyromancer Worth It?

Deals two damage types at once (direct pierce plus burn-over-time), giving it strong sustained damage against groups of enemies standing in its cone.

Its Defense Melt effect (1% at base, up to 10% at Level 3+) weakens enemies with high Defense stats, making other towers' attacks more effective against the same targets.

It cannot detect Flying enemies at any level, so it needs to be paired with towers or support that cover the air lane.

Best Loadouts With Pyromancer

Works well alongside towers with Flying detection to cover the gap left by Pyromancer's lack of Flying detection.

Effective against grouped, high-Defense enemies when paired with high-single-target-damage towers that benefit from the Defense Melt debuff.
